Besides their famous tapas, Majorca is known for its excellent lobster stew and local sea bream, roast suckling pig, and fantastic local chorizo sausages called sobrasada. No two resorts are the same here, and as Majorca is the biggest island in the Balearics, that means you'll have a lot of choice.
